Established in the year 2004 by Mr.K. Bhaskaran laid upon the proprietorship concern, KB Homes has successfully carved the niche for itself in ever-dynamic real estate industry over the last 19 years. Initially we started to provide luxury individual houses within the suburban areas of Avadi, Ambattur, Thirumullaivoyal and more, after 2009 we enlarged our focus and goals to enter into multiple residential houses and successfully we fulfilled our goals and made our construction to stand on the ground and see the sky. So far we have completed many projects and undergoing projects in chennai.

We stand on the finished quality over the construction and perfect finishing, throught this we have earned the good will of the customers who we have already handed over the property.
